Beautiful Blogger asks for an unknown fact about me, here it is:
I had a very serious love affair with my first car, a 1997 Geo Prism (don’t be jealous!) Her name was Daisy- and after driving her for almost five years, I was in a car accident (no injuries, and not my fault) and my poor car was totaled. So I honored her legacy in the only way I knew how… by writing a ridiculous song, recording it along with my trusty backup singers, and posting it on YouTube.
Lots of interesting and dramatic things have happened to me in my lifetime, yet nothing inspired me to take up song writing like the loss of my poor car. (Although I did manage to use the car song to deal with some other issues of mine at the time… such as a cheating, alcoholic ex-boyfriend).
